These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and wow777 ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the online gaming services available at wow777.lat (the "Platform"). Each eligible player may register only one (1) account on the wow777 Platform. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, and any other details required by wow777 or PAGCOR compliance procedures. You are obligated to promptly update your registered information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. wow777 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to protect your credentials.

• You must immediately notify wow777 via Live Chat or email if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.
• wow777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to add an additional layer of security.
• Account ownership is non-transferable. You may not sell, trade, transfer, or gift your wow777 account to another person under any circumstances.

wow777 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, Coins.ph, USDT TRC20, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. wow777 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

All funds deposited into your wow777 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting funds from third parties for use on your account, is prohibited and may constitute money laundering under the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw funds that do not meet wagering conditions will result in the bonus portion being forfeited.

wow777 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and VIP cashback rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms and displayed in the Promotions section of the Platform.
• Time Limits: All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of activation. Bonus funds and associated winnings not wagered within the expiry period will be forfeited automatically.

• One Bonus Per Promotion: Players are entitled to claim each specific promotion once per eligible period unless stated otherwise.

We also reserve the right to withhold bonus rewards from players who we determine are exploiting promotional terms in bad faith, including but not limited to low-risk matched betting strategies specifically designed to harvest bonuses without genuine gameplay intent.

All games available on the wow777 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined independently, fairly, and without manipulation by wow777. Third-party testing laboratories periodically audit game software to verify compliance with stated Return to Player (RTP) percentages and RNG integrity.

Players accept that gambling involves risk and that losing money is a possible outcome of every game. The house edge inherent in casino games means that, over time, the expected outcome for the player is negative. By playing on wow777, you accept this statistical reality.

• All game results are final once a round is completed. wow777 does not reverse completed game outcomes except where a verified technical error is documented and confirmed by our technical team.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wow777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to Philippine law enforcement or PAGCOR:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration details, submitting forged or altered identity documents, or misrepresenting your identity in any communication with wow777.
• Money Laundering: Using the wow777 Platform to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activities. wow777 complies fully with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines and reports suspicious transactions to the AMLC as required by law.
• Chargeback Abuse: Initiating payment chargebacks or reversals for deposits that were used for gameplay. Chargebacks are treated as a fraudulent act and will result in permanent account termination and civil/criminal recovery proceedings.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker or live dealer formats where player decisions interact.
• Automated Software: Using bots, auto-clickers, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to interact with the Platform in a way that circumvents normal human gameplay.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, transmit, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content on the Platform without prior written permission from wow777.

The wow777 Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, wow777 does not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, delays, or technical failures at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, wow777 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to a technical error, service interruption, unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials, or decisions made based on information displayed on the Platform.

wow777's total cumulative liability to you for any direct damages arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wow777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Self-exclusion request by the player
• PAGCOR regulatory directive or compliance requirement
• Extended account inactivity (defined as no login for 12 consecutive months)
• Player request for voluntary account closure

Upon account termination for cause, wow777 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Upon voluntary closure by a player where no breach has occurred, remaining real-money balances will be returned to the verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe after any pending wagering conditions are settled.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting wow777 support via Live Chat or email. Account closure requests are processed within 3 business days. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure without wagering completion.

wow777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform with at least seven (7) days' advance notice before the changes take effect, where practicable.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates the version currently in effect. Continued use of the wow777 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request account closure before the changes take effect.

These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes and claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the wow777 Platform. Where a dispute involves PAGCOR-regulated matters, PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures will be followed as required by Philippine gaming regulations.
